Police incident 0040 13/07/2026 relates to the theft of a Ford Transit Tipper truck. This vehicle has been stolen in the early hours of 13/07/2026 on MILL LANE SAXILBY. While being used for delivery, a male has jumped into the vehicle while stationary and simply driven off with it. We urge not to leave vehicles unattended when the engine is running (an offence of quitting) even for a short time. There are chancers everywhere, even at 0300hrs!!! Remember more than likely your insurance company will not pay out if your vehicle is lost this way, as you have not taken sufficient precautions to keep it safe and as stated, actually committed an offence of quitting a motor vehicle. Again folks any information can be passed on to Lincolnshire Police, quoting the above incident. |
